Returns & Exchanges

1. Eligibility for Returns
We want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please ensure it meets the following criteria:
  • Condition: Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Toys that have been chewed, damaged, or used cannot be returned.
  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Proof of Purchase: Please indicate original receipt or order confirmation number with your return.
Cotton and Corn reserves the right to reject any returned product that does not comply with our return policy.

 
2. Non-Returnable Items
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original condition that you received it, unworn, or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. All returned items must be unused. If the tags are detached from the product, exchanges or returns will not be processed. In addition, the following items are non-returnable:
  • Personalized Items: Custom or monogrammed toys are final sale.
  • Discounted Items: Items purchased on clearance or with special discounts are non-returnable.
 
3. How to Return
To return an item, please follow these steps:
1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at cottonandcorn.help@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Pack & Ship: Once your return is approved, carefully pack the item(s) in the original packaging, include the return slip, and ship it back to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
3. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund to the original payment method immediately. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

 
4. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer exchanges on items. The best way would be to return the original product for a refund and repurchase the correct product or size. This is due to the price discrepancy between sizes, and because all payment data is secure and encrypted, we are unable to place an additional charge for the price difference manually.
 
5. Shipping Costs
  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
  • Exchange: Shipping costs for exchanges are the customer's responsibility. Original Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
 
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund and cover any return shipping costs.
 
7. Handcrafted Products
Please note that many of our products are handmade. Due to the nature of handmade products, a small deviation from the product image, size and length are considered acceptable and will not be considered as defective.
