- The maximum average time a cat can focus without stress is about 5 minutes. Start with an easy level and adjust the difficulty so the training can be completed within this time.

- Do not help the cat; let it think enough and get the food by itself. 😊 If it takes too long, do not take out the treat for them; instead, use an easier puzzle for training.

- Even if it seems easy, training through the feeding puzzle is happening. Continue using the feeding puzzle regularly. Overcoming obstacles, reducing instant overeating—feeding puzzles help relieve stress and boost confidence.

- Floor mat
The mat has a waterproof coating on synthetic leather, so clean contaminants by wiping with a wet tissue or rinsing with running water. (Do not machine wash the mat. If heavily soiled, clean gently with mild detergent for partial washing.)

- Puzzle pieces
Rinse under running water or wash with mild dish soap.

- Puzzle pieces have a food-safe coating
After drying, they will return to their original shape. (If the puzzle pieces become slightly warped when wet, this is normal. They will return to their shape once fully dry.)

- For greasy stains or severe dirt on puzzle pieces
Disassemble the puzzle pieces and wash separately using a small amount of mild detergent (like dish soap or laundry detergent for delicates)

Each cat/puppy interacts with toys in their own way, so it's important to keep a close eye on them, especially when introducing a new plaything for the first time. No toy is completely indestructible, so if your cat/pup tends to be rough with toys, please supervise their playtime to ensure their safety.
